"Many Crowns of Violets"
This sweet violet, in hues of purple and golden yellow, was created to honor the Ancient Greek poet Sappho of Lesbos and the experience of sapphic people everywhere. Sappho is most famous for her poems about attraction, love, and romance between women - some of which include mention of violets. These little purple flowers have since become symbols of empowerment and validation for all queer women and sapphic non-binary people, and a reminder that this kind of love has existed for eons and will continue to exist for eons more.
